Ps Jehovah's Story

(first update Nov 17) Naval Biliran is a second-class municipality and it is the capital province of Biliran and having divided into 26 barangays today.

In the history of Naval Biliran, it is difficult to distinguish the sequence of the story because of too many twists and turn and have been hacked by the local historian who control the access of knowing who want to pleased people for their own interest. But Naval Biliranon are now discovering that they cannot even determine the scope and method of the story hacking taken place. In our researched, we try to ask some folks if they can still remember the sequence of the story.  An associate, who is familiar with the talks spoke on condition of anonymity out of safety concern but I have to named him as PsJ.

PsJ said, that the first appointed leader of Naval, Biliran formerly Bagasumbol is Absalon Sablada in 1952-1955 and succeeded by Brigido Caneja, the first elected mayor of Naval followed by Arturo Velasquez, Niceto Limpiado, Fulton Casas an OIC, but he doesn’t know who is Gorgonio Contredas and Francisca Bangcuyo who were appointed also as an OIC. Then mayor Simeon ‘Mario’ Pitao who accused PsJ for the mayor’s assassination plot, threatened and confronted him and ask why.

On the other hand, the first appointed lieutenant governor of the Biliran is Uldarico Reyes followed by Jorge Zamora then Reyes again, followed by Sabonsolin and Gonzales who win in an election. And in 1986-1987, Lolita Velasquez became the first woman in the lieutenant governors position followed by Jacinto Barbanida an OIC, then Gonzales and followed by Wayne Jaro and Danilo Parilla.

In 1987-1992, there was a political feud between mayor Simeon Pitao and lieutenant governor Gonzalez and our associate who ask not to be named was pawned between the two protagonists. A corrupt policeman who killed his own brother in cold-blood was secretly angry on him why he was part of Gonzales security commando assigned to Colasito. PsJ said, “the police guy was jealous why he is not part of the politician’s bodyguards.”

The policeman named bobby Ycain is one of his neighbors and always brandishing and firing his M-16 riffle to scare people and PsJ is one of his targets. He fabricates a mad-dog story that governor Gonzalez is planning to assassinate the mayor and PsJ was given the task to do the job. After a decade, Ycain learned that one of PsJ’s family siblings becomes member of the Philippines marines, Ycain isolate himself in a further barangay facing east-side of the town for an easy escape route to Higatangan islands or Maripipi of Biliran to avoid possible attack or armed confrontation with the people he crosses-by. Bob Ycain was disarmed by the government ordered by the governor, instead Antonio Delfin was murdered in Ormoc by the npa/marines. bob Ycain died hungry.

In the history of Naval Biliran, many, many of these teenage residences joined the military and the NPA because “polisan” and the PC elements in the province are very abusive-idiot and stupid. It is common that a policeman carrying weapons are more abusive than that ordinary carrying baton. The law should prohibit the police to carry weapons during off-duty according to some expert study. One of the brutal examples is the murder of the mother and son in Paniki Tarlac by a member of a Paranaque police Jonel Nuezca, see attached video...

One more example of police abused in Naval Biliran’s broken corrupt system that is supposed to protect and respect its citizen but you learned that sometimes, monster have badges. A wife who brings food for dinner to her jailed husband was rape by the policeman. The jail/police building is besides of the Naval municipal hall located in barangay Smo. Rosario on that incident.

Patrolman Alex Pacioles the policeman on duty was accused of raping the prisoner’s wife. The prisoner was the brother of Elmer Callosa in caneja street Naval Biliran. After the wife give food to her husband Edwin, the woman walk-out but she was asked by Alex Pacioles for questioning in a secluded part at the back of the prison building. Alex Pacioles said, “I need you to answer some question; did you bring drugs for Edwin?” he added; “you look like you hide something?!” The wife was scared but she answered illogically. Then Pacioles put his hand and check the pockets and ask the woman to raise her sundress-up exposing her panty’s. Pacioles said; “maybe you hide these drugs under your panty ha?” and ask the woman to remove her panty. The woman complied to prove that there’s no drug from inside and directed the woman to spread her legs. Then Pacioles start touching the woman private parts, and rape. At this point the woman scared and she told no one except PsJ, the friend of Edwin and Elmer Callosa. Elmer Callosa was also murdered by patrolman Maranga and Bontes.

Alex Pacioles, a former security guard in the School of Fisheries who became a policeman in Naval Biliran, a pusher, a drug-user and a drinking buddy of the notorious drug-lord Lito Ibajan who run for mayor in Naval but was defeated by Simeon ‘Mario’ Pitao. Alex Pacioles was put to prison at the “Muntinlupa dormitory” for murder, according to Eden Apolinar who accused Pacioles for/on scamming (their pig business).

The most interesting story is the political fiasco in Naval Biliran between atty Gonzalez and the vocal group of atty Abilar (with borrinaga, villordon, santollorin, Morello, Pitao, etc.) who claims for the creation of the Biliran province. These mentioned names having no place under Gonzalez regime, therefore they searched for greener pasture outside Naval Biliran, and Tacloban is their base for their psychological terrorism. PsJ was recruited by Gonzalez to be a liaison officer for data gathering (spy) against the said terrorist. It was reported that one of the universities in Tacloban is a hive of terrorist elements. PsJ was recruited by the terrorist, but he declined to join. Some of the terrorists are also PsJ’s friends and members of his fraternity in Tacloban.

Before that, PsJ is a young student in Manila and after his suicide attempt, he was brought back to Leyte and proceed his diploma course in PIT.

Citing unnamed source that he was charge for murder in Palompon, Leyte but the case was dismissed because he bribes the police and the judiciary. Corruption in the Philippine are virus that stretch-out into an isolated area in the country. An army-man who brandished his M-16 rifle was confronted by PsJ using his samurai that almost killed the victim. M.Sgt. Ektol Gegor of the Philippine Army was brought to a nearby hospital but survived according to Col Cezar Poblete, of the AFP Mactan Cebu.

A source also in Naval Biliran who did not want to be named that PsJ was also accused for “attempted-murder/homicide” in Naval against the half-brother of Danilo Parilla who became the governor of Biliran. PsJ bribes the court and the case was dismissed for no sufficient evidence, but he admitted highly unlikely that, “fiscal Salloman ask me to buy two pack of Marlboro cigarettes and give to judge pateño, before court hearing but fiscal Salloman having no knowledge that the judge is my drinking-body with the barangay captain Alfeo Bontes of Naval.”

PsJ was transferred to Tacloban and he start his diploma course in a university but again he was involved in a fraternal war inside the school campus that neutralized two student and widened their fight/war to Manila.   When PsJ visited Cebu City he found some answer on his prayer. He found a woman who became his lifetime friend, but not to the end of his struggle and PsJ was shot that almost landed him to death because he was innocently blundered into dispute between PeaceYoung/EdenApolinar and Ricarte Ampong who was killed by the mosquito killer inside prison.

PsJ works in a provincial government institution representing Biliran province in Tacloban. in our online interview, the story goes this way…

The Dishonest Behavior of old Navaleans

(Transcript part of our online interview with PsJ on his experiences and others)

RT     : PsJ, can you remember how many corrupt politicians in Naval Biliran?

PsJ    : I couldn’t remember, but having a few.

RT     : can you tell us who and what these people doing?

PsJ  : I’m having a drinking session with my friend’s residence in-front of the opeña’s residence in padre Innocents Garcia adjacent from the Morello’s residence ended at 2am. The town is very dark because there’s no electricity. Along the way I saw a car parking in-front of NCES (Naval Central Elementary School) gate, between the residences of villordon and Abad corner Garcia and corvera streets. I know that it was governor Teofilo sabonsolin with his girl inside and I saw the driver walking through the calves residence at corvera street towards his home near the bontes residence along redaza street. I slowly crawl towards the car and I saw the governor is busy while standing feet on the ground lean toward the girl dribbling, while holding the woman’s breast lying in the coach back of the car. When the governor got up to pee, I touch the girl near the sensitive part of her body while wiping her private part with a tissue, then I immediately crawl back towards villordon’s store and hide. The girl complains to the governor that there’s somebody around. The governor checks and couldn’t found any. He said in Japanese “akorato’uy!”

RT     : And what else?

PsJ    : I did that also inside the NCES compound along the corridor of the former Japanese garrison building while my friend Arnold Gonzalez busy dribbling his balls towards the granddaughter of a mayor and a sister of a vice governor but this time I did not touch the girl who also my friend instead I hold Arnold toes who said; “ayg samok!” (don’t disturb) …the girl said, “what is that?” …here she is,  in Boracay shared by Clara and Edith thru fb.

RT     : did the governor Sabonsolin knows you personally?

PsJ   : Yes! Sometimes he gives me money to buy alcohol drinks, but nobody knows our friendship.

RT     : How many bodyguards he has?

PsJ    : Only his driver when he visited the girl.

RT     : do you know the wife of the governor?

PsJ    : Yes, I did, she is my teacher.

RT     : did the wife knows that you are a secret friend of the governor?

PsJ    : I don’t know, but one time she asks me where’s the governor.

RT     : Do you know atty Danilo Velasquez?

PsJ    : He is in difficult situation when he stays in my Cebu apartment. I rescue him from dire-straight. He is a close relatives of atty Danilo Parilla’s wife.

RT     : Thank you. In our research we found-out that you have many girls in your teenage life, have you?

PsJ    : of course, but mostly only my fingers enjoyed because I’m scared of having a responsibility and pity with them. I respect all the girl i love before.

RT     : Its a song! ...In your job careers. have you been working in the government sector?

PsJ    : Yes, under governor Gonzalez

RT     : what was your position in the government?

PsJ    : I don’t know what, was it, but later when I received an office order from the governor’s office signed by the governor informing me that the appropriation position of the board member secretary is still considered for approval, he designates me as a liaison officer to the board member for the purpose of data gathering, effective communication and legislation. Here some of our photos attached documents.

RT     : So, you’re not a bodyguard.

PsJ    : Yes!

RT     : during your services, did you find any discrepancy in regards to corruption?

PsJ    : Well, …seldom the capitol employees see me because I visited them during 15th and 30th of the month to pick-up my salary. Here’s a photo of the capitol building of the Biliran province of Naval taken from the unknown source.

RT     : Thank you! …So, did you find any form of corruption big or small?

PsJ    : I don’t have any knowledge that there’s a big corruption in the province but I heard the news that Gonzales was charge for car-napping and put to prison.

RT     : how about the small one?

PsJ    : I don’t think there’s a corruption if we get some crude oil or gasoline from heavy equipment park at the engineering dept and the receipt we get.

RT     : what do you mean “receipt?”

PsJ    : if let’s say we eat in a side walk, then we buy a receipt in a five-star hotel restaurant and claim this for disbursement is that corruption?

RT     : Do you personally knows who is Necito Limpiado?

PsJ    : Yes, he is the illegal logger mayor of Naval.

RT     : How about Brigido Caneja?

PsJ    : He is my godfather and he is receiving payola from the illegal loggers.

RT       : You mentioned about mayor Mario Simeon Pitao. Do you personally knows him?

PsJ       : Every politician in my place will remind my mother that they were/are our relathieves. My mother is the controller for distributing money to buy votes in our precinct. Mario Pitao and JoeGonz is our relathieves according to my mother.

RT     : PsJ, are the government officials and employees doing their job seriously and to their families faithfully?

PsJ    : from the higher position down to the lowest level, I think it is shameful to say that I’m dancing with their music.

RT     : Do you think that your disclosure can make Navalean or Biliranon happy?

PsJ    : I remember that one article written by someone in United States detailing that Biliran Island is a hiding ground of leprosy patient and the people was angry pushing and asking the governor to file charges against the writer and the governor promise to work with. I understand their concern, but people totally dumb-irrational.

RT     : are you not scared for disclosing of what you’ve witness and experienced?

PsJ    : It is no easy task to exposed dark secret, crimes and illegal activities, there are usually consequences, it inflicts humiliation of the subjects, but I would rather be without a state than without a voice. And they are free to file charges against me to the ICC so I can accompany Duterte.

RT     : What happen if you speak-out?

PsJ    : In the Philippines if you expose someone, …if you tell the truth, you will be charge of lying, slander, perjury or oral defamation or face of sudden death by a hired assassin. And in this world, there are many, many of the so called ‘whistle-blowers’ who were facing legal action and assassination for exposing the illegal activities of many politicians of the state.

RT     : Do you think that what did you exposed are slanderous information?

PsJ    : Maybe? …if you don’t have evidence? Or you don’t have any physical experience? …but this is history, many of them died already.

RT     : what can you say about family faithful relationship of the many politicians in Naval Biliran?

PsJ    : I don’t want to mention their names but some of these politicians having a multiple girl whilst having illegitimate child’s. One politician almost caught by his wife and family having his girl in a private room. When ask by the wife, the politician said, “I just go toilet.” This politician having his first but not legally considered wife with one daughter. And another politician who ask one of my friends to be the father of the illegitimate child in Caibiran.

RT     : PsJ, one of your siblings becomes one of a provincial board member and lately run for vice governor. Is he a corrupt too?

PsJ    : read this link… THE TRUTH BY ROLANDO MIRANDA.  And you ask Elena Olivares telephone: +639217228369. They have also an illegitimate child, according to Clara and Editha.

RT     : here's an edited video clip from unknown sources, is he wins the race?

PsJ    : Yes! According to the lyrics. According to his dream.

RT    : PsJ, did you run for any political position in Philippines?

PsJ    : Yes, I did that, but during campaign period I was in Manila with provincial board member Danding Colasito to meet Danding Cojuangco.

RT     : PsJ, have you been in Davao?

PsJ    : Yes, after my failed attempt in Manila to change my life.

RT : You mentioned about you’re “attempted murder/homicide case” against the brother of atty Danilo Parilla who became the governor of Biliran. Who is he?

PsJ    : junga Villacrusis is a half-brother of atty Danilo Parilla, because “mang casio” having an intimate relationship with Ana, before Ana married to “jokeling”. But after all, Ana has been in an intimate relationship with “Tasyo Sañosa”. Ana love “siosyoling”.

RT     : Can you tell us what was happened?

PsJ    : I have a grudge with them. So, it’s just my little revenges because Danny Parilla and his gang threatened me and ask me for a fight. I did not react for I’m with the Sabocohan family attending the solite disco. To avoid trouble, I back-off and go home.

RT     : So, do you know personally who is atty Danny Parilla?

PsJ    : Yes, he is a gangster type person. I’m scared with him.

RT     : Because of that and because you scared with Parilla and his gang, you did your revenges to his half-brother? Who ask you to do that?

PsJ    : I don’t know! Only my conscience asks me to do that.

RT     : And what happen?

PsJ    : I’m at mang kadoy Gonzalez residence at 11:30pm, corner Garcia and Caneja streets talking with 3-girls (christen, Susan and baby) when “junga” and his girlfriend (joy Espina) pass-by, riding a motorbike towards barangay Caray-caray. I ask the 3-girls to go home for I have something to do magic. The streets are very dark because the town having no electricity and with the help of a friends, I blocked the road with a ‘mansaneta’ tree. Then I ask them (melecio paculan, Eddie ralar & bimboy granali) to hide and go home. After one hour of waiting “junga” arrived and he drive carefully, very slowly because the road is blocked. I used a sling-shot with a stone that successfully hit his head, I also go home after the job done. On or about 3am after the incident, I heard that there are many people looking for the suspects, and on early morning, the police arrived to investigate and accusing people in the area as suspects. Tasyo Sañosa and boy Rigo Farma were invited for questioning. A week later I received a subpoena to face a court case.

RT     : After that incident what did the Parilla gang do?

PsJ    : since then, Danny Parilla changes his behavior and hostility towards me and one of my best-friends becomes his close-in accomplice, but still, I heard his gangster type image still raging in Naval Biliran until he was killed by Gene Corpin using a murdered weapon from Marine SSgt nognog that was kept by Eden. The gun from Eden was an exchange from the motorbike he buys from father Jessie Sentina of 60K.

RT     : PsJ, do you know the Espina family?

PsJ    : I only know jerry espina senior who helps many Navalean to secure jobs in Manila, but most of them are not grateful for what the Espina has done. I don’t blame him (jerryespinasr) on his judgement on me, maybe because he heard negative comments against me?

RT     : Who helps you to secure jobs in Davao?

PsJ    : a retired major alfarito Alfaro, col Garcia from MIG/ISAFP whilst sonny and flora Morales in Davao.

RT     : Are you a member of the Military Intelligent Group?

PsJ    : Yes! A civilian operatives under Colonel Rene Poblete of MIG7/ISAFP. attached ID of PsJ.

RT     : who were those people behind you in Davao?

PsJ    : nobody knows my presence in Davao except three of my police friends in Cebu (Fernandez, Tabay & Duarte).

RT     : have you been in the straits of Malacca Malaysia?

PsJ    : Yes, after our failed attempt to deliver smuggled goods and supply from Thailand to Srilanka.

RT     : Trust and confidence is the best weapon to earn support. Have you earned trust in a highest level?

PsJ    : secret is secret but I don’t trust them. In fact, they use my name and trusted me to be the watcher of their inherited loot.

RT     : EXCLUSIVE: An in-dept interview with PS Jehovah who denied of being a church leader but quite on his secret political history. Here is the transcript of our telephone interview and confirmation that the information was allowed to be shared online.

RT     : Psj, do you believe in God?

PsJ    : oh, my goodness! Do you believe that many of us are pretending happy when we’re blue?

RT     : What do you mean!

PsJ    : many of us used the name of God for personal gain and many, many of us use the name of God to hurt someone. While some of us used the name of God for terrorism and many of us pretending good but pedophiles. So, we do believe in God?

RT     : There is a strong indication that God created everything for His glory and God does not need to be particularly involve in one’s life except when God resolve a problem.

PsJ    : highly likely that he created everything and He gives freedom to his creation (devil), to inflict problem to his creation. These days if I’m not wrong; his creation can make robots and war machine to destroy His creation. Presently, He made the vaccine for covid-19 to resolve the problem.

RT     : in our researched, you born as a catholic Christian and raised as a catholic. You then became an underground church leader? …a Buddhist? …then a Muslim etc. But sounds like a free thinker.

PsJ    : I respect all religion’s because God wants people to be good, nice and fair to each other, as thought in the holy books and by most world religions.

RT     : what are the secrets that entice followers to follow a church leader, a politician or being a leader if any.

PsJ    : To become a church leader, first complete a bachelor and master degree. If you’re capable, secretly take some magician courses. Then, make contact with your trusted accomplishes as your lifeline to organize your modus. Make contact with some higher-ups in the community, then help people to acquire jobs and recruit them to join your church or organization. Continue to bring-wash them, …I mean, indoctrinate them that God is our provider and give them some of your loot as gift-giving but don’t forget to ask 10% for God’s name. Avoid any arguments or debate but instead use some trick or magic to astonishes your members or followers. If you have an air-condition church you can secretly put a little “chloroform” when inhaled can make your church member drop unconscious immediately and you can check what underwear they are wearing and tell them that the holy spirit touches their hearth.

RT     : What can you say to all the church leaders, politician and others?

PsJ    : I don’t want to speculate or discriminate people but we have to respect and understand them. I just want to pray to God that all pedophiles are not allowed to be a church leader, a fraternity leader, politicians and others. If leaders infected with this virus, report immediately to the authority or psychiatry for counseling and treatment.

RT     : PsJ, We know that you have a soft hearth but wild in nature. Do you love Filipino’s?

PsJ    : Yes of course but, In the bible if I’m not wrong, God frequently express his love for the people who reject Him in return. One of my best examples is a friend who went into self-exile because he and his family were frequently harass and has been hit by discrimination. When the international community recognized his granddaughter, who become one of the highest political personality, the country immediately recognizes them as their constituency. Media and relathieves are very noisy and proud, but people who knows them get jealous.

RT     : Yes, jealousy maybe a more general social psychology phenomenon in the Philippines. People tend to get jealous when their neighbors or relatives become more successful than them.

PsJ    : That’s my personal experience. Many of my friends and relathieves tried to pull me back-down. They want to know where I’m working for and many of them tried to inform the company that I’m a fugitive of the law, an ex-convict, a rebel etc. but it backfires.

RT     : Yes, crab mentality deeply ingrained in the Philippine society; they would pull you down if they feel that you are rising steadily above them. PsJ, do you feel secured?

PsJ    : highly likely! My success enraged them. To fill their anger, I share them my blessings.

RT     : How would you considered yourself of being kind to those crabs?

PsJ    : I’ve been studying why Philippines and some Filipinos are boastful, bully, selfish and ‘pagarpar/mayabangs’ whilst the country is in poor condition and in times of troubles they were asking for donations and help but if you refuse or reject their pleading, they will get angry and curse you. I tried it.

RT     : What do you mean of trying it?

PsJ    : I walk alone in the city sidewalk of Manila, and I meet a family of four in the street pleading for money to buy food to eat, instead I give them bread but the mother complains and said, “can this enough for us?” …I keep quiet and walk, one kid curses me. The next day, I walk again in a park and meet two street-children and give them 50pesos each. When I reach to the end of the park more or less seven street- children waiting on me and asking money. I take my fake-gun and show to them, and ask them If they can help me to rob a bank nearby. All of them get lost.

RT     : Very scary.

PsJ    : I did that also when I visited Rome Italy when a Filipino guy approach me to buy his scam. Curiosity wise, I ride-on until he breaks-out and asks to borrow money. I promise him to give ten thousand euro if he can help me to rob a bank. He gets lost.  One more example in Toronto Canada, a Filipino pastor who is under my watchlist. see attached story and video… CHURCH SCANDAL AND

YOUTUBEVIDEO

RT     : Then what do you mean. Are you trying to help them?

PsJ    : Yes, during the Philippine calamity like typhoon and earthquake I send my personal help secretly but small.  See attached Link…RELIEF OPERATION

After all, I receive a comment “WHY SO SMALL?” The covid-19 pandemic had hit hard to everybody and I have some extra money to share. I send this to the people I know but somehow, they ask again for not enough? Once you start giving help to someone in the Philippines, they will not stop asking for more, so I cut-off my communication with them… see attached some of the receipt…

I supposed to send a small amount of mask and COVID-19 vaccine from my friend in china to naval town and hilongos but I changes the idea instead I give it to Manila who need it dearly.  When I send a ‘balikbayan’ “BIG BOX” (look like casket), some of them say why some are “SECOND HAND?”

Today, I promise myself to share my blessings to the people inside prison, some of them ask me to be their prison mayor or prison cleric.

RT     : “THANK YOU SO MUCH” …PsJ.

PsJ    : and one more thing that I cannot forget is a friend of mine and his wife was angry after I refused to let them borrow money, they threatened to kill me after they meet and talk Eden. See attached story… “THE BACKSLIDER

RT     : WHO IS PsJ? See attached link… “PS ‘JHUNE’JEHOVAH”

RT     : Part four (4) of our online interview with PsJ.

RT     : PsJ, you said you are a member of MIG7 Cebu. Do you have any knowledge of the priest and a UP student abduction?

PsJ    : you can ask that question to atty boy Creer but that MIG7 lawyer was murdered with his live-in partner (Alaida Gomez).

RT     : There are some unspecified numbers of murder victims in Cebu involving lawyers.  Do you know some of them?

PsJ    : I know some of the victims but I don’t know the murder details. I only know the case of atty Richard Sison.

RT     : Who murder the lawyer Richard William Sison?

PsJ    : They accused our fraternity recruit Nemuel Sumabong, a security guard recruited by Bemson Function.  See attached story…. “TOP LAWYER’S DEATH”

RT     : So, you know the case of atty Richard Sison?

PsJ    : Yes, because it was Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo who masterminded the assaults. See this link… THE PERFECT MURDER

RT     : So, who is the real assassin?

PsJ    : ok, see this link… “DEATH OF THE ASSASSIN”

RT     : Very interesting. We notice from the “Backslider story that the Hagedorn’s most Frequently seen in the background. Can you tell us what was behind?

PsJ    : Highly unlikely that “Eden is the mastermind” and the Apolinaris-Fariñas are planning to assassinate Edward and Douglas.

More update on PsJ’s interview.
